Caitlin is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). She works with pre-teens, teens, and adults of all ages. Caitlin welcomes members of the LGBTQIA+ community and provides affirming care for folks on the gender spectrum and/or amid gender transition. She specializes in treating anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, life transition issues, and relationship concerns (family, partners, social).

Caitlin enjoys using humor and a compassionate but direct communication style to work collaboratively with clients in finding solutions to their problems. Caitlin’s goal as a therapist is to help people connect to their inner wisdom and build trust and confidence in their ability to heal and make positive changes. Caitlin works from a systemic perspective that considers the importance of one’s relationships, as well as the impact of environment, life stage, and culture on feelings and behaviors. She also uses lenses of cultural context, systems of oppression, and the many facets of identity. Caitlin has training in providing:

  • Trauma-informed Therapies
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
