Natasha Salemme (she/her)
Natasha is not accepting new clients at this time.
Natasha works with individuals of all ages – from early childhood on up into older adulthood and has extensive training and experience helping people with anxiety, depression, traumatic life events, adjusting to life changes, navigating relational struggles and challenging family systems. As a licensed counselor and registered yoga teacher, she values the importance of addressing both the mind and body in a therapeutic setting. Natasha utilizes a strengths-based, humanistic, and bio-psychosocial approach to counseling and believes that healing is not just a matter of the mind, but involves the body and spirit.
She uses body awareness, mindfulness, and eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) to enhance traditional talk therapy. Sessions typically include breathing exercises, guided meditation, and movement, in addition to traditional therapy modalities such as cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy (TF-CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
