Kaspar is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with trans, nonbinary, and queer youth and adults individually. Kaspar welcomes you to bring your whole, complicated, weird self to therapy.

Kaspar’s areas of focus include:

    • Relationship struggles
      • family trauma, sexual assault, domestic violence, unsatisfying friendships and romantic connection
    • Identity and body
      • sexuality, sexual expression, gender identity, disconnection from body, kink, polyamory, nonmonogamy, self harm and self injury
    • Neurodivergent experience
      • Acceptance, empowerment, navigating non-neurodivergent spaces, supporting assessment and diagnosis for ADHD, Autism, Bipolar I and II, OCD
    •  Systemic violence
      • Developing personal empowerment, externalizing oppressive messaging, building awareness of oppressive systems and their impacts, confronting privilege and fragility 
    • Death
      • Grief, suicidal ideation, fear of death

Kaspar’s modalities include:

    • Internal Family Systems
    • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
    • Motivational Interviewing
    • Somatics
    • Psychoeducation
    • Case management

Kaspar’s practice is informed by: 

    • Feminist, anti-racist, and queer theory/practice
    • Systems analysis
    • Polyvagal theory
